You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2. Account & Security
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately at admin@jugnu.live if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Services Provided
- AI-generated career reports and skill/interest assessments (RIASEC).
- AI-tailored resume generation (PDF & DOCX downloads).
- Curated job recommendations and a "Saved Jobs" widget.
The Service leverages large-language-model APIs; outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use.
4. Pricing & Payments
- The free tier includes: RIASEC assessment, resume-form view, and one AI career report.
- Paid unlocks (one-time payment, INR): ₹99 for resume PDF/DOCX download; ₹199 bundle (career-report PDF + resume downloads).
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. You agree to their payment-processing terms in addition to these Terms.

6. Delivery of Services
JugnuLive AI is an entirely digital service. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the delivery timeline.
7. User Content
- You retain ownership of any personal, education, and career data you submit.
- You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
- You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive content.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, code, and branding, is owned by JugnuLive AI. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
9. Prohibited Use
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access to the Service.
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach our security.
- Using the Service to impersonate any person or entity.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. Use of the Service is at your own discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JugnuLive AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
