1. Digital Delivery Only
All services — career reports, resume PDFs, resume DOCX files, and job recommendations — are delivered digitally through your JugnuLive AI account at https://jugnu.live.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Free tier features: available instantly on sign-up.
- Paid unlocks (₹99 Resume Download / ₹199 Bundle): delivered immediately after successful payment. The corresponding "Download" buttons unlock on your account within seconds of the payment gateway confirming a successful transaction.
- In the rare case of a payment-gateway delay: your unlock will still be reflected within a maximum of 24 hours. Our system also auto-verifies with Razorpay when you return to the Downloads page so no manual step is normally needed.
3. How to Access Your Purchase
- Log in to your JugnuLive AI account at https://jugnu.live/login.
- Navigate to the Resume Download or Career Report page.
- Click the "Download PDF" / "Download Word" button — you may download unlimited times after a successful unlock.
4. Delivery Failures
If you have paid but do not see your unlock within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@jugnu.live or 9538681000 with your payment reference id. We will investigate and manually unlock your account or issue a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Shipping Charges
Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping / handling fees are applicable.
